Public distribution through Presale. The hard cap is 30% of total supply (1,350 M $LAYA), including purchase bonuses and coupons. Unsold allocation moves to Treasury.
Unlock
Each $LAYA purchase locks for 30 days on its own schedule (not one shared lock for all buys). After that purchase unlocks, you can withdraw it to your wallet for Web3 trading. Any unlocked balance left unwithdrawn is auto-sent after 30 days to the wallet used to join Presale.
Custody
Held temporarily in Presale balances during the lock period until withdrawn or auto-sent to the user’s wallet. Not a long-term treasury wallet.
